Jim Blalock is a licensed Associate Broker in both Georgia and Alabama since 2004. In 2008 and 2009, he was awarded the #1 Coldwell Banker Agent in the state of Georgia and is a Lifetime member of the Circle of Excellence. Between 2007 and 2015, Jim worked with a predominant builder in the South East Region. The majority of the subdivisions that Jim represented were built for their convenience to both Fort Benning and Fort Mitchell. During that time Jim was able to help in excess of 250 families, mostly military, purchase their home or relocate to their next duty station.

Around 2015, Jim had the choice of working exclusively with the builder, or continuing his relationship with Coldwell Banker. His loyalties were with Coldwell Banker, and he transitioned from new construction to land, residential resale and even commercial. He also purchases, remodels and resells homes while building his rental portfolio.
