She began her real estate journey in 2014 after getting licensed in Florida, driven by a long-standing passion for homes and helping others. With over 15 years of experience in business development, compliance management, marketing, and transformation consulting, Judith brings a unique blend of strategy, creativity, and high-level service to every client she works with.
Now based in Columbus, GA and proudly part of the Coldwell Banker KPDD team, Judith offers a concierge-level experience tailored to a wide range of clients — from first-time buyers and military families to luxury sellers. Known for her thoughtful, design-driven approach, she combines smart strategy with a refined eye for detail to make the real estate process smooth and successful.
Before entering real estate, Judith built a thriving career helping businesses grow and manage change. That experience sharpened her negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership — all of which now serve her clients well in competitive markets. She was honored with a Community Liaison Award by the University of North Florida’s Military & Veterans Resource Center, where she also studied and worked.
When she’s not curating beautiful listings or closing deals, Judith enjoys time with friends and her Caribbean-American family, traveling, antiquing, baking, and exploring Georgia’s scenic trails. She’s deeply committed to youth empowerment, veterans support, and helping small businesses thrive.
